BAD SERVICE. NO RESPONSE ON SEVERAL EMAILS

I am so livid with anger, wrote numerous times to Avon and Justine ***** department regarding my case. Some one used my details to open an account and I sent you guys documents and also requesting some document that were used, but not even one person called me..I need this issue sorted as this is affecting my credit record.
