Bad Service
I paid off my account December 2017 and emailed credit control with POP attaches to close it, called them several times but still, Today dated 23 September 2018 still my account hasn't been closed..
When I check my clear Score, there is Avon with an outstanding amount..
This is bad for my credit record. Please fix it asap
