Bad service

I had an outstanding balance, I was handed over to legal. I paid the outstanding balance in August, I have requested Avon to send me a paid up letter as confirmation that I have paid up since I was listed.on itc . I've been told that I still owe, R245, no one can explain to me what is this amount. I want the Letter confirming that the account is paid up. And an explanation on how do I still owe R245
