Bad employers

I'vr been an avon rep for years now. Last year November i placed my last order because things got hectic at work. Now i want to place an order again and so i must hear i eas handed over to lawyers because my account was not paid November. 7 months no email no sms no phone calls to tell me. How does this people do business. Is this fear for people bringing in lots of money for them. Wish i could give them 0 stars.
