Bad customer service

Good day, I want to lay a complaint against one of your representatives namely Madelein. I dont have her last name but do have her cell no. should you need to check on your system.

She sponserd a R500 avon voucher as a prize for a charity event. My dad was the lucky person to win it and gave it to me.

I contacted Madelein via whatsapp on the 14 Sept to place my order. Today is the 10 Nov and I am still waiting for my order.

Everytime I follow up with her she either dont respond or give excuses from "she is just packing the orders, to, only half of the products arrived and she was wating for another box to be dispatched to her which would have been delivered to her on that friday (conversation 22 Oct)". The last time I followed up with her was 29 Oct and she read the message but did not bother to respond.

This very poor customer service. Not only is she giving a bad name towards Avon, but the overall way of dealing with her clients is not up to standard, I have orderd avon for many years and never had I have to wait almost 2 months for an order. If I should have been a first time client, I will never in my life order Avon products again because this is the message I get on how Avon do business.

I have since told Madelein to cancel my order with her
