Bad customer service

<p>My account with Justine had an outstanding amount of R487.35 which was due and i paid R500 on the due date which is the 02/11/2016 but even today the payment was not allocated. On the 17/11/2016, i received a final letter of demand stating i should pay in 20 days, i then called them on the 18/11/2016 and they said i should send them the proof of payment of which i did.They then told me they will allocate the payment but to my surprise it wasnt as i received a message from ITC BA saying i should pay to avoid legal actions, i called them again on the 28/11/2016 and they said i should resend the proof of payment of which i did and still have proof for those 2 emails sent to them but nothing has been done, again yesterday i received an sms from ITC BA saying that they have been mandated to obtain payment from me. I just called Justine and 1 of the customer service agent said to me she can see the proof of payment however it wasnt allocated for payment so she will send it to "Journal" and it will be sorted out however it will take 21 days. Kindly assist this is affecting my credit record...</p>
