Bad Credit Record

My Avon account was in arrears so i decided to pay all of the outstanding amount then i called the for the paid up letter and the first consultant said he is on top of it he will email it to me. The following day i still had to call the again they said the previous consultant didn't do anything then she promised that it will be ready in 30 minutes. i called again after couple of hours and they told me they are still waiting for the supervisors to sign it but i will get it in 30 minutes. I am still waiting...<br> <br> Guys i use airtime to call you guys so please have mercy and just give me my paid-up letter.
