Bad Credit Record

I was selling Justine and Avon, I made a payment on both my accounts in 3 December 2014. I paid the amounts that I was required to pay. Then earlier this week a consultant called me to pay R50 before the end of this week. I did that earlier today. I spoke a Credit Control consultant (Sibu) and she told me that if i send the proof of payment i will get the paid up letters (today) that i requested. I called to check if they have received the proof of payment that i sent. Now I'm told to wait for the payment to reflect. My job is on the line because your accounts department didn't do their work efficiently because my name is on ITC. According to them they update ITC every 2 weeks which they didn't because the payment was made in December.<br> <br> I need both paid up letters today, and my name be removed on ITC TODAY...
