Bad credit because of ***** on Avon account

Two years ago there was Avon products bought on my account **********ly, after posting on hello Peter, they contacted me and the matter was resolved. I was promised that my name will be removed from the credit bureau, however when doing a credit check two days ago, I discovered that it has not been resolved. I called requesting a letter to show that the account was paid up, I haven’t received anything as yet. I’m upset because not only am I listed, but I’m listed for something which is not my doing.
