BAD BAD SERVICE - NO WAIT NO SERVICE

Again Avon and I!!!! Order placed, payment made. Receive e-mail from Avon confirming order released. 3 days later and after telephonic contact from my side as the status on their systems it not changing, they informed me that they order is not billed yet and that I will not be able to deliver the goods ordered by my clients. I asked the consultants what does she suggest I tell my clients upon which she became irritated with me and informed that I can tell them that they will not receive their orders. How pathetic can one institution be?
