Avon wont clear my name from the credit bureau

<p>I have been using avon for years but after i had payed it off my name appears on my credit record that i still owe them of which i dont.I struggled to get help from a service provider because avon stiIl appears that its unpaid.I want them to clear my name and close my account immediately.</p>
