Avon smart watch does not work on iOS

Bought an Avon smart watch which said on the brochure it’s supports IOS which is not true. My iPhone connects however there’s nothing you can do with the watch, it keeps saying I must install a BT notifier and I tried all BT notifiers on my App Store and it’s still not working. It also looks like someone hard previously used it. Very disappointed
