Avon ruining my credit record
My problem hasn’t been solved as yet since I wrote a review in December,someone phoned me and told me your account will be cleared on my credit score after 21 days and it still hasn’t cleared.Its showing that I still owe you 1085 when in actual fact you are the ones that owe me coz I over payed coz I wanted to close this account.Can you have this fixed before the end of this month.its showing that my account is still open when I have records asking you for a settlement letter and for you to close the account!!!FIX THIS
