Avon - pay for orders no delivery

Hi. We placed our orders with one of the Avon representatives ... end of October. ..two weeks ago she informed us that we need to pay before she can deliver the orders.. today, 7th of December and there is still no delivery!!!I phoned the customer care but now one could assist me. I want a refund.. there is no trace of our orders at their courier company.. is this a ****??? I think so!!! I will never order from Avon again and I will be sure to spread the word of bad service!!!
