AVON = PATHETIC AND DISHONEST

I ordered and paid for Avon products on 17th March 2021 - to date I have received nothing from them. When I phone them, they are unable to assist without the sales consultants account number - now that's a joke - I can't even get hold of her??? Is Avon usually this pathetic? I want the product or a refund. I suppose nothing will come from this............
