Avon opened an account for someone
Avon opended an account for someone with my id number and details without my knowledge, i have been requesting them to remove me from their systems and on itc as the accout is not being paid now and it is affecting my credit profile, they requested the documents to show that i never opened an account and i submitted all the required documents. its been 3 months now since i have been waiting for an answer from them and every time i call them they just put me on hold for a long time with no feedback. i need help with this please

17 May 2021, 20:28Why are you still allowing that person to use the account. I have checked my credit score and it still reflects on my profile as active. This account was never closed and it is owing. Can you please do your work properly as it is affecting me badly.
