Avon no service

As an AVON agent, there is no support from AVON. They take forever to reply to emails & the phone number on their contact details does not exist. I have placed an order which was placed on hold, they said that they can add items to take the order of hold which was placed on time for campaign 5, still to today nothing had been added, order not released & still no feedback from the AVON team. How can we give customer service of there is no agent service. I want my order to be put through ASAP for campaign 5 as that is what the customer wants with that price. My order was placed on time. But the service from AVON is pathetic. Nobody from Avon gets back to you or is willing to help you with any queries or service.
