I am still waiting for them to contact me even today . waiting for my settlement letter and a letter stating what exactly happened . I think you guys enjoy ruining people life as you not taking our complaints serious. I gave you guys enough time to contact me and we can discuss on how we can fix this etc . im now taking this up with NCA and the ombudsman
