Avon made my life difficult

The system of communication is horrible. It is impossible to reach out to credit control. When you call Avon they give you an email for credit control, you send them emails , they don't respond. I emailed called and sent to their credit control who fail to send me my paid up letter. Their call center they can't even assist they keep telling me they reach credit department via email. What ridiculous service is that? I have sent a lot of emails with no single response from them.
