Avon Justine - Where is Customer Service?

Called Avon Call Centre on Friday to request a contact in the Alberton area, was provided with Tsholofelo's name who is supposed to be the Team Leader or Area Manager, sent her a sms on Friday and called yesterday, absolutely no response. Wonder how she got to this position as it seems to me that Avon has more than enough clients not to warrant any new business. Can't believe it can be this difficult to find a representative who is passionate about selling the product. In fact even if she called or smsed me, which I doubt, really don't want to have any dealings with her at all. Very dissatisfactory.
