Avon Justine - Watch out - They don't update detail at Credit Bureau

I have closed my Avon And Justine Account more than a year ago, and have also paid both accounts in full before I requested closure of my accounts. But to my disappointment, both my accounts are reflecting as in arrears at the Credit Bureau, and have now affected me negatively. The staff is very rude, and no one can give me the answer I am looking for, not even an apology. Apparently, I now also have to wait before they send my details through to Compuscan, as they compile a weekly list!! Surely, with something that is not my fault, they could escalate this for me? Why should I have to wait another 21 days, as it has been more than 450 days, since they should have done it in the first place? I will never be part of this company again, or buy anything from them, in fact, I will advise many off my friends who are sales agents for them, what has happened to me. I am very disgusted, and I will not leave this here.
