Avon Justine unverified account

Avon Justine handed me over to an ITC company for debt collection. I have never had an account with them, or sold any of their products,they have never contact me themselves. I dont know y dont they do security check to verify that I am not the person who opened the account with them. Secondly the ITC company contacting me had no supporting information on the addres tht was captured and said they were 20 contact numbers ,i asked for the address whic the parcell was delivered to they said they cant give tht information...i must email an affidavit with my ID,and proof of adress ...i did tht 2days later they called nd again i asked the address again surprisingly they gave me the address which was my address tht was attached in the document ....thts a coincidence!!...very strange. Clearly proper process was not followed.
