Avon Justine is claiming that I owe them money for the stock I did not receive

I have placed an order in January with Justine avon an I did not receive the stock and now I received sms claiming that I'am owing amount of R798, 40 and the account is now handed over to the administrators for collection. Iam so disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service Justine is offering.
