Avon justine ***********

I had an account with Justine and in July I failed to pay (R751)for it until 20th of October I paid a sum of R200 and again on the 27th I paid R150 and on that month they then decided to hand over my account and now I have a collection agency calling me everyday,Is that even allowed? arent they hand an account over if theres no payment at all
