I am 100% convinced that because of your lack of proper protocol and FICA verification we are becoming victims to your negligence and utter incompetence. Someone open an Avon account and a Justine account using my details. I do not know who it is and calling and emailing you is fruitless as no one there seems to know what to do.

My credit record is ruined because Avon just ignores people. But if i wanted to buy from you, you would offer the best service available. I have read countless complaints of people being ignored and clearly not being cared for.

Who must i contact to have those ********** accounts off my credit profile. I am really tired of being sent from pillar to post.
