AVON Justine - False Advertising.

Just received the so called “fitnesses tracker watch” from my friendly consultant. Well misleading advertising if I ever!!!! The watch does not show my messages or received messages and after downloading another app that was supposed to help with receiving messages on this so called smart phone @ cost of a further R149 on IOS and finding this too to be yet another false advertising of goods by Avon!!!! R600 and R149 later and I have a watch that only does 60% of what you said it could do Avon South Africa!!!! Now because it is opened and so called “used” I can’t return it because I have opened it!!!! What a dam cheek!! The consumer council will be hearing from me in the morning - Freeking dissatisfying and utterly disappointing AVON - NO MORE FOR ME! You can kiss my business goodbye

Hi there, Much appreciated - I would suggest you not to supply South African consumers with products that are tarnished or does not work - this is a slap in SA consumers faces when you take dud products and that has been a failure globally and then push it down our throats!! Totally uncalled for and I would have expected better of your brand!!!!!
