Avon Justine disgusting

So called Geraldine area manager ordered using my name without my concern (***** ). When I call Avon to ask whats happening they said she ordered. I called Geraldine then she shouted at me and told me to return the order to the nearest Avon store. How do I return, take my time, my money and return it whereas I'm not the 1 who ordered. Now I'm been send to pillar to post. Please Peter help me.I then spoke to her manager Joline who is also unprofessional and rude .she also couldn't assist me with my query instead she instructed me to take the order to their nearest branch. Which I fail to understand why should I be the to do the run around when I didn't order. Avon wants to mess up my credit record and they are very unprofessional . LEGAL ACTION TO FOLLOW
