Avon / Justine chance takers

I have been receiving numerous calls from this company , firstly they telling me I owe them money and so I asked them how do I owe you money if I don't even know what Avon is. I asked them numerous times where did I sign or if I took one.of their products on the phone where is the recording. No answers and all their call center stuff tells me to go to the SAPS to do an affidavit, why should I do that if I have never even signed up for their products. What law steps should I take to take deal with them the right way? My name credit score is messed up now because of a company with colognes that I will never buy
