Avon Justine and ITC are a ****

So I was owing them, Avon Justin and they handed over the account to ITC. I paid ITC then sent avon proof of payment for them to reinstate my account, they advised that I need a paid up letter for ITC, so ITC requests this first from avon whether ot not they should givr me the letter, ITC requested this from Avon last year November 2024 even today they are still not responding to ITC, so how the hell do I get that paid up letter, I have bern calling avon and evertime I do they tell me about ITC so basically they do not want to assist, evertime I have a issue with avon it is only solved by writing to hellopeter so this means peoples issues are just hanging. They always encourage us to recruit people to join the team only for them to treat them like trash mxxm
