Avon Justine Accounts not closed at Credit Bureaus- over a year later

I closed both my Justine and Avon accounts over a year ago and i have letters of confirmation as proof but the account still appear on my credit reports . i have been trying to get the matter resolved with Avon Justine with no luck. Going from pillar to post via email and their calls aren't going through. This is really frustrating because i followed the necessary steps to ensure its closed. I have sent countless emails over the past year and half to no avail. Even if i wanted to rejoin again as a sales rep this really has put me off. Assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated.
