Avon Justine **** accounts

I have previously reported this on Avon Justine and still have had no resolution. They did promise to get back to me but they never did. The have a **** account in my name, with very limited information available to them, and are trying to collect money from me without me ever having had any business with them. For me to try and clear my name they are asking me to submit a blank page with 5 of my signatures to them. Cleary these kind of practices must be the reason I am in this position in the first place. Highly irregular. I keep asking for proof of this so called account that I have with them and the people refuse to provide it. Surely there are certain minimum requirements that need to be met to try and collect money from people?

I find this highly irregular and also the behaviour of the people they instructed to deal with this matter is also behaving without integrity - unwilling to provide any information or supporting documentation yet they insist I owe money.
