I had an account with Avon, on the 25th October 2019 a paid up letter was sent through to me. Few days ago they sent a sms saying they handing me over to itc for not paying the Account and there's a balance to be paid. I called their customer care, they told me my balance is R0. 00 but I owe the legal team. Now how does that work? The agent gave me an email address to ask, till now no response. Today they gave me a *** number and the number is not working. Like WTH?
