Avon Justine

I had a bad experience with avon Justine I was owing avon Justine I make payments using they references and the account number which they send it to me.today I can't open any account it shows that I'm still owning avon Justine. I try to call them sending emails since last year they told me to send proof of payments .I fax them last year my feed back this year was they can't find anything I need to go and affidavit which I did I send them again the refference that I was using I can't get any help I'm stuck
