Avon Justin just eating out of my sweat

Extremely Disappointed!! I brought new reps but wasn't paid even though Avon said if I bring reps I'll get paid. Not only that Avon didn't even include all my sales. This is ****************!! I work hard to get nothing sure!! And when I phone, I'm told to email. I do email and no one replies!! Sure Avon you want to make money out of my sweat while I get nothing. That's so not fair!! Doing business like gangsters is not on!!
