Avon Justice messed up my credit profile by lying. The have made me look like a bad payer for the amount of R830.00 I was under debt review and I paid the full amount last march till today they haven’t fixed my ICT nor sent the letter of payment.

<p>i have sent severely emails and even called but it seems justice hired *********** people no1 is willing to fix this problems. Now my ICT is messed up because of them. i been sending emails even calling to fix miss this up but they are giving me the round around. Yes i was under debt review but the account was fully paid last year march, i even have R0.00 balance when i check JUSTINE account. last year they sent me paid up latter with the wrong account no, i called to say rectify the mistake but it seemed i was out of my mind by requesting that. Now i can’t qualify to buy a house because of the mess. i have send them proof of payment, paid up letter with errors and even my ICT record to show what they incompetence is doing to my credit record. i have sent my email to ********** and ********** but it seems am talking to deaf ears.my account no: ********** 9. REMOVE MY NAME FROM XPD,AND OTHER CREDIT BEREAU COMPANIES . DONT SAY I HAVENT SENT EMAILS NOR CALLED TO FIX YOU TO FIX THIS MESS.</p> <p> </p>
