Avon is unprofessional

I am a rep for Avon, I've place an order on my account and paid for it on the 6th of April, it is now a week later and I still haven't received my order, I called in and all they can tell me is to resend proof of payment and wait for them to pick up payment on their system and then it will take another 3-4 days for them to deliver . I have a client waiting on their order for a week now. This is not on. I want my order now!!
