AVON IS RUNNING AN UNSAFE AND RISKY BUSINESS!

Avon Justine is running an unsafe and damaging business. I found out recently that I apparently had an account with Avon Justine that I knew nothing about. Turns out the account was **********ly opened in 2015 (when I was a second year varsity student, mind you!). The heartless person who opened the account stopped paying for it and is now in arrears.

I immediately contacted Avon to get this account removed from my credit profile and they asked me to submit some documents. I submitted the documents and received a response from Avon that following their investigations, they have established that the account was ********** and that it has has been deactivated. Avon confirmed that they have sent an instruction to the credit bureaus to remove the account from my profile and that I should wait for 21 business days for .

It has been more than 21 business days now and the account IS STILL REFLECTING ON MY CREDIT PROFILE!!!! I contacted Transunion today to ask them why they have not removed the account from my profile. Only for them to tell me that Avon NEVER INSTRUCTED THEM TO REMOVE THEIR ********** ACCOUNT from my profile!!!!!!!

Avon please fix this mess!!!! This has been emotionally draining, I've gone up and down to fix a blunder that I did not create and should never been there in the first place!!!!! I am young person that have just entered the working environment and cannot enjoy my life because of this mess. FIX THIS!!!
