AVON IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!

Good day

Firstly i want to say that avon customer care has no regard towards its customers/clients and i find that highly unacceptable and unprofessional i made payment into my avon online account and did not put in the correct account number i then called the avon customer care line and i received no help i was jst informed that the refund will be credited to my account which was never done, credit control has not gotten back to me ever since and its been 2 weeks already. I really need this issue resolved by COB today i cannot allow this to happen the company is fast to call for money but when a customer makes a small mistake the issue takes forever to be resolved i want a manager from the customer care line to call me and i want the matter resolved i want answers today!!
