avon is not doing their job

I am an avon agent and I paid my account through eft on 22 October 2019, using my absa bank that amount of 800.00 rands was never credited into my account. I have sent several emails now asking but to no avail. I made another transaction R800.00 on 23 October 2019 through capitec bank and that is the only amount they claim to have received. I am really frustrated right now. I even went to the bank to get a printout and sent it to them but still they are not helping me.
