Avon is ****ing my credit score

In the past two months I went to check my credit score To my surprise Avon claims I owe them money . I took the liberty to correct that error as I have no acknowledgement of the debt carried under my name so i called them then a consultant told me the protocol I have to follow so as to have my name cleared .i did everything asked of me then waited 14 days as instructed but nothing happened instead the issue is affecting my credit score negatively. Avon is a nightmare
