Avon is a bunch of fruads

I am so sick and tired of the s****py service that I receive from Avon Justine. This is not the first time that this is happening to me. I had an account with you in 2013, apon closing the account, which was dormant for months, I found out that I "owed" you money, I then paid it as I didn't want this reflecting on my credit record. I then decided to reopen my account last year. I have not placed an order since December 2017. Apparently my group area manager placed an order on my account without informing or asking me. She then gets the things delivered to my ex boyfriends house. I was still nice enough to ask my ex if he could get the things re- collected as I did not order anything and I didn't want the goods. Firstly who gives anyone the right to order things on my name, is this not a case of *****? If so, I will take this further, as I am now getting messages from ITC saying that if I do not pay the account, it will reflect on my credit record.... I have emailed Avons customer team, back and forth for the last month, I've attached emails and messages stating my case, they don't even have the decency to respond. I want a response no later than today... I've waited long enough.
