Avon - Incompetence and unhelpful

I am an Avon consultant, I order products and received the parcel and none of my orders were in the box. I have been trying to resolve this since December I have sent them more that 30 emails. No one is willing to help. There staff is either plain down ***********, unwilling to help or not trained. I will not pay for items I have not received, the have handed me over to a debt collector due to their own incompetence.
