Avon ********** account lets stand together and bring them down

If you ever been de*****ed by Avon you are not alone,I had an Avon account open on my name in 2015 and to this very day nothing has been done to solve my problem but lies,after sending all my documents to prove I did not open the account I received a letter stating that the account has been closed and my name will be removed from all credit bureaus,I app**** for a homeloan and was declined as I am still in arrears with an Avon account,I contacted Charmaine du plooy who is the senior supervisor of ***** at Avon who told me everything is clear on her side without me even giving her my I.d number or ref number.after a week I called Charmaine again after viewing my credit report and she tells me again it's all been cleared until I ask her how she knows without my ref or I.d number,after getting the ref number she tells me she has confirmation from the credit bureaus stating that the account has been deleted,however she will get back to me in a couple of hours after making sure it was deleted which never happened.i don't see why we should suffer and be denied credit or homeloans for ********** accounts opened by ********* that Avon are helping getaway.Everyone that has ever been de*****ed by Avon should stand together and take them to the ncr and charge them for ***** as it is very suspicious that 100s of ********** accounts are opened at Avon,where are they getting our information from or how do they know our credit status and why are they not doing anything about it,but lying that it's all been resolved.
