Avon delivery

<p>I have received a full box of avon brochures which i did not order, I am unable to speak to a consultant because they are unavailable to take my call. I want Avon to come and collect this box of brochures without costing anything to my account. I will not pay for all these brochures as i did not order them. I will not pay for sending someone out to come and collect it. i am upset and frustrated that avon has no available consultants to assist me. I had to email them, yet no response. </p>
