Avon: Delivered to ITCBA for already payed off account

I am very disappointed in Avon. I joined Avon to earn commission and it went realy well. In May 2021 I payed of the acount and havent placed a new order sins business has been slow. My Avon Acount in it self showed I had no outstanding amounts.

Then on the 5th of August 2021 I get a call from the ITC office saying my acount has been handed over due to non payment and bad debt.

According to them ther was amounts outstanding and was never payed. So I was handed over to them. However, I have not received a single email, sms or any form of other communication to inform me there were outstanding amounts.

So I loged in to my Avon account and still it shows that I do not owe them anything. The balance due ammount is stil R-0.52

I have emailed, and re email credit control and avon queries. ITCBA's email doesnt work and I have tried to contact them. The calls go unanswered.

This is terible consultant help. You advertise the great help and how easy it is to run your own business. But when it comes to helping your consultants, you truly suck. Realy disappointed.
