AVON *****ES

I joined AVON as a cash-buying customer last year. I put in an order in May and only got a quarter of my order delivered to me. I queried this as my customers had already paid and was sent from pillar to post. I sent numerous emails sent a message to the area manager and not a single person assisted me. today i get a collections letter saying i owe them R815??????? for what, Avon is handing people over for debt they dont owe
