Credit department. Avon credit department is useless and the contact centre. I paid my account at pep stores so when I place orders the orders were not processed because I am still owing the amount I have paid. I called the contact centre told me to send the proof of payment which I did and I even send the proof of payment to the credit department. Even today my problem I'm still waiting for the response and they even charge me 50 late payment. Avon is useless and even the earnings are very low. They say they empower women it is false advertising they destroy us. They get 0 rating from me.
