AVON CREDIT CONTROL DEPARTMENT

not even worth one star! I was an Avon Rep for more than 6 years. ACCOUNT NO *** I got cancer in 2018 and could not carry on selling AVON. My account was paid up in full, early this year I received a phone call from ITC stating that Avon handed my account over for collection what a SHOCK ! I contacted them and they claimed that I still owed R2000 . I have paid that off in monthly payments due to high medical bills I could not pay it in full. I received confirmation that the account is paid in full from AVON but STILL I RECEIVE HARRASMENT PHONE CALLS FROM ITC STATING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR THE OUTSTANDING MONEY OWING TO AVON. I HAVE EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENTS TO ITC NUMEROUS TIMES BUT STILL THEY PHONE STATING THAT AVON DID NOT UPDATE THE SYSTEM THEREFORE THEY CANNOT REMOVE MY NAME FROM ITC ! HO MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK AVON TO ASSIST ! PATHETHIC SERVICE FROM THE CREDIT CONTROL DEPARTMENT. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF .
