avon blacklisted my name
As i called up avon telling them the money got ****** out my bag that I had to pay in as im not working I advised them I can pay it off monthly they agreed then I asked will I now be blacklisted they told me no you wont be blacklisted cause il be paying each month now when I went to the bank to apply for a loan they told me im declined cause im blacklisted by avon what the hell?Why do avon blacklist me when im paying them?

Thank you for bringing this query to our attention.
As per our telephonic conversation with yourself and your husband Robyn, you made R500 to R300 payment arrangements with Credit Control.
The account is not handed over or blacklisted. As advised, irrespective of payment arrangement, it will not change your ITC status as a slow payer.
The overdue amount R4838,65 from the 21st of August 2014 with first payment dated the 3rd of December 2014 is currently on R2188,65
Quality Assurance will pull the recording if you provide us with all the required details, date, time, consultant name and contact number used because you saying you were advised that the account will not be listed.
You are welcome to pursue this matter for further advise.
