Avon bad service

In march 2021 i ordered a barbie travel bag shich up to today i did not receive. In may i ordered a mystery pack with make up and they really have fals advertising as it shows this nice mystery pack bag for avon snd then you get it in a clear plastic bag. .. what a f@#$$ing mystery... i called on thursday 20 and was told that they dont have a say or controle over packaging and that my complaint will be allocated to a manager .... surprise....... no call yet and it is the 24th already.....
